We had the wonderful opportunity to sleep in this morning. A few of us are staying a few houses away from our host family, and we wandered over to the other house around noon for breakfast/lunch and lounged around until 3 then headed over to the park for the show.
This is the same park we played in last time we were here, but now it’s hotter. I believe the high today was 99° and we weren’t under any sort of shade. So I had to get creative 4 or 5 times during the set to reapply my SPF 50.
There were less people this time than there were last time but we still had fun, even the fire department showed up to hose people down.
We headed back to the host home for dinner and enjoyed the lightning show from across the valley, then watched a movie and crashed.
