That’s the name of the city we are currently in, it’s pretty far south down the coast of Argentina, and we’re like 1/4 mile from the beach, unfortunately the water is probably close to 32º.
It has been a long day. After roughly 2 hours of sleep we got up at went to the hotel lobby at 5:50 this morning in Buenos Aires to catch our flight to Comodoro. Then caught an hour of sleep on the 2 hour flight, then landed at the 1 gate airport, then went to the hotel for lunch and an hour nap, then sound check, false alarm, back to the hotel for another hour nap, then to real sound check which lasted 20 minutes and back to the hotel for another hour nap, then back to the venue for the show. Fortunately the venue is only a 3 minute drive from the hotel.
After all the back and forth we played the show and it went great, there were a couple thousand people there and they were all die hard fans (this is the first time an international Christian group has come to this city, ever). For the last song, Mark invited people onto the stage and the people that came up were jumping and we had to stop the song and tell them not to jump because the stage looked like it was about to collapse, then we resumed the song.
The food we were given was great and the staff and security were all incredibly helpful and generous (even without any english) and it ended up being a great final show to end the tour.
Now, it’s 2am and we have to be in the lobby at 4am to get another flight back to Buenos Aires, then kill 7 or so hours and then hop on a plane back through Lima to LA! Yay!
