My bag has finally returned from it’s global travels to meet me in São Paolo, Brazil! He had some stories to tell, and he was very sorry for abandoning me without notice, but he brought me this cool hat, so we’re square.
In other news, after the first show, we got up and caught our plane to Belo Horizonte and drove an hour and a half to Betim where we played our show last night. We went on after Fernandinho (one of the biggest artists in Brazil) who played an awesome set, and played for 30,000 people!
It was pretty incredible playing for that many people and an amazing opportunity. And fortunately it was outside and a nice cool 60º and only 11:30 or so when we went on. It was a fun night.
After getting back to the hotel around 2am, we caught a few hours of sleep and flew back to São Paolo this morning and now we are relaxing on our day off and taking it easy before tomorrow. As for tomorrow, I have no idea what is happening.
